Where can I buy tickets? Glitterfest event tickets are sold via Eventbrite.com, our official ticketing site.
Refund Policy: No Refunds
Can I resell my ticket? Yes. We work with Tixel our official ticket reseller, who provides a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to another fan. To sell your ticket please go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.
Can I use cash at your events? We do not take cash.
Is there a cloakroom? Cloakrooms are dependent on the venue in which the event is held. Please check the event listings for cloakroom info.
What time is the free glitter makeup? Free glitter makeup is dependent on the particular event timing. Check the event listings for info. Please arrive as early as possible as this will help reduce queueing and if you already have your own gems on, you can still have free glitter makeup too.
What time is the last entry? The last entry is dependent on the venue in which the event is held. Please check the event listings for the last entry info.
What’s the age limit? Glitterfest events are 18+ and photo I.D. is required on entry.
What’s the dress code for Glitterfest? Glitterfest is all about the sparkles. You can wear festival wear, rave wear or club wear. Check out the Glitterfest photo gallery for outfit inspo.
Glitterfest Halloween dress code: Glitterfest Halloween is fancy dress ONLY. No fancy dress, no entry, no exceptions.
Can I wear trainers? Yes, trainers are allowed (preferably sparkly trainers lol).
